The Problem Is That The Game Has A Bug Which Does Not Let It Create A (.Dll) File Which Helps It To Save The Controls/Keybinds. So In This Post, I Am Going to Show You How to Do That Manually.

How to Fix IT: 5 Steps

Step 1:

Download The File From The File From One Of The Download Buttons Given At The End Of The Page Wait 5 Seconds and Click Skip Ad.

Step 2:

Wait Some More and On The Next Page Click Download.

According To Wikipedia: Need for Speed: Underground is the seventh instalment in the Need for Speed series and was developed by EA Black Box and published by Electronic Arts in 2003. Two different games were produced, one for consoles and Windows, and the other for the Game Boy Advance.
